IV. Qualification Pre-screening

1. Registration period: January 5, 2026 to January 10, 2026 (24:00 Iraq time)

2. Application Materials:

1) Business License

2) Proof of USD Account

3) SWACO Equipment Manufacturer or its Authorized Agent (Authorization Certificate Required)

4) Bidder Qualification Declaration Letter (Format to be determined by the bidder)

V. Rules and Procedures: If there are fewer than 3 qualified bidders, the process will continue after approval. If there are more than 3 qualified bidders, the tendering party will issue the tender documents via email.

五、规则流程

若合格投标人不足3家，将报批后继续流程。若合格投标人大于3家，招标人将以邮件方式发布招标文件。

本招标适用中国法律和伊拉克当地法律法规，招标人保留取消或重新招标的权利。
